Parameter sensitivity analysis under failure condition of lifting device mechanism

Abstract The sensitivity of each influencing parameter in the selected range complex multi-hinge space flap mechanism under typical fault conditions is studied, and influence degree its dispersion on driving torque determined. Firstly, rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model established considering deformation, then four parameters that may cause failures, such as hinge friction, aerodynamic load, speed assembly error, explored. Then, drive value given, finally, obtained by direct de rivation method. results show are positively correlated with torque, load coefficient friction most sensitive to performance mechanism, while smallest. After increased 30%, maximum inner 28.8%; when was 0~0.05, outer mechanisms 8.6% 8.4% respectively. In engineering applications, lubrication spherical should be increased, reduced, manufacturing accuracy improved.To a certain extent, it can prevent failures improve reliability mechanism.
